Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers all of our services, including:

  • Admission to a university in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, or Tajikistan
  • Preparation of all necessary documents, including invitation letters, visas, university applications, bank accounts, medical examinations, document translation, housing, and study requirements

Warranty Period

Our warranty period is one year from the start date of your studies.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage or loss caused by negligence or misuse
  • Changes to the terms of your admission
  • Changes to the curriculum or requirements of your university
  • Strikes, lockouts, or other acts of God

To file a warranty claim, please contact us. We will investigate your claim and provide you with a resolution as soon as possible.
